Cassano Joins Stowe Machine as Engineering Manager

Windsor, Conn. — Stowe Machine (www.stowemachine.com), a wholly owned subsidiary of Ladish Co., Inc. (www.ladishco.com) (Nasdaq: LDSH) has hired Victor Cassano to lead the company’s engineering department. “Victor has the training and experience to effectively manage and improve our engineering function, which is of increasing importance to the customers we serve,” says John Delaney, Stowe’s President. “In his new role at Stowe, Victor will lead our team of engineers in working with customers to develop effective manufacturing processes for the complex aerospace parts that make up the vast majority of our business.”

Prior to joining Stowe Machine, Cassano was an engineering manager at Beacon Industries. Before that he was an engineering manager at MTU Aero Engines North America, EDAC Technologies and a Senior Process Engineer at Sterling Engineering. He is a 25-year veteran of the aerospace industry in the Connecticut Valley.

Cassano earned an MBA at the University of Connecticut, Hartford, in 2002 and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Engineering from the University of Connecticut, Storrs, in 1990.
