Stowe Machine Uses MBTI® As Best-Practice Tool

MBTI, an acronym for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, is a psychological assessment instrument that identifies a person’s natural preferences, strengths and temperament. The MBTI assesses differences in personal style, such as perception, judgment, energy direction and approach to living.

Commenting on his expectations for the training, Delaney says, “We want to keep our US-based machine shop competitive in this era of globalization.
